The road transportation system in MOUAU is uncoordinated and has resulted in inefficient transportation service. Previous studies have identified the problems of the MOUAU road transportation sector with the intern to offering an optimal solution using Information Technology (IT). The scope of IT in creating an enabling and suitable business environment in form of a website which would bridge the gap between the drivers and the union. Thus this project forces on the design and generating of tickets. The problem of computerized tickets loading, generating and control system using MOUAU as a case study. The qualitative system methodology was adopted in the study and development of this work, this is because of its application development. PHP, DBMS, CCP, Dreamweaver and Xamp server. The system takes care of some of the manual systems involved in issuing loading tickets for Keke Napep drivers in MOUAU. The study looks at existing systems, makes the comparison with contemporary approaches to ticketing, draws information from other materials, journals, investigation and makes a recommendation based on findings. Its further suggests a theoretical model for the Nigerian road transport system.
