The method used in the collection of data was questionnaires. The findings revealed that supervision helps in promoting the teaching of the students. It also aids in the area of the school curriculum. Recommendations were also made which include that teachers should always come early to school to supervise the pupils in the morning while making the school environment headmaster/mistresses should go round and see each of the teachers with pupils while performing their morning duties. This study stated that external supervisors should not inspect teachers only but the whole school environment.
