The study adopted the ex-post factor research design and was guided by five research questions. The population of the study comprised of NCE business education. The entire population was studied in terms of the adequacy of instructional materials. The data for the study was collected through direct observation using the NCCE standards as imeentary and analyzed using a percentage score. The study found that lecturers and physical facilities available for business education programme are adequate equipment and supplies in the typing studios, shorthand studios and model office were found to be grossly adequate. Based on these findings, therefore, it was concluded that students of business education in these colleges of education are learning with the necessary and required instructional resources for effective development.
