The study in this regard examined the preferences of either product, the reason for preferences and thus determine the factors that yield the high profile of a bakery. Using simple weighted mean and bar chart, the result indicated that most people prefer to consume Spices bakery product and the preference is due to its price, availability of sizes, uniqueness in taste, freshness and moistness of the bread products.
