A sample of 100 students were selected from Computer science, Mass Communication, Business Administration and management, Computer engineering, Electrical engineering, Accountancy and Statistics department, to which questionnaires were administered to obtain the necessary data needed for the study. The data were evaluated using simple charts and percentages where the results revealed that there are some significant factors that discourage students from utilizing the polytechnic library such as outdated book materials, insufficient space for accommodation and operation hours of the library. It was also found that students are currently dissatisfied with the polytechnic library services.
