The study is designed to determine if customers patronize MTN products and services through their effective communication strategies. Descriptive survey research method was employed in the data presentation using simple percentages. A total of 120 copies of questionnaires were distributed. The questionnaires were the instrument for data collection and from findings, only 117 copies were retrieved out of the 120 copies administered.
