This project work focuses on communication strategies adopted by corporate organizations in sustaining customers patronage, reference to MTN Nigeria. The study is designed to determine if customers patronize MTN products and services through their effective communication strategies. Descriptive survey research method was employed in the data presentation using simple percentages. A total of 120 copies of questionnaires were distributed. The questionnaires were the instrument for data collection and from findings, only 117 copies were retrieved out of the 120 copies administered. It was recommended that the service providers should go into marketing research in order to create their own original promotional strategies (or products) instead of imitating or mimicking strategies by other networks and they should continuously lay more emphasis on the strategies for promotions, customer services, corporate objectives and the target market....
