These students face challenges on daily basis arising from missing script, assault, sickness and etc. due to this there is no proper avenue to lay these complaints that will prompt immediate feedback/rectification. It is against this background that this project work was initiated, with the aim of designing and implementing an online student compliant system that will mitigate some of the identified problems of the manual system of student complaint system in the department. The system achieved this aim by providing a platform where students can at their comfort zone login into the system make complaints and a solution to the complaint will be given to the student within 24 hours, this will go a long way in reducing the stress students pass through while laying complaints and also improve the speed of response. The new system was achieved using Structured System Analysis and Design methodology. This methodology was adopted due to its simplicity and mode of operation.
