Four (4) objectives and four research questions were raised to find out the prevalence of malaria cases among pregnant women attending antenatal in General Hospital and Basic Health Centre Idoani. This research work was carried out to find out the prevalence of malaria among pregnant women and the method adopted by the pregnant women in the control and prevention of malaria in the study area. The population of 5,272 of the study covered all the pregnant women attending ANC in General Hospital and Basic Health Centre Idoani from January to December 2017 to 2019. Record of pregnant women and folders were reviewed for that period and, random sampling was used for the selection of folders. Data collected were presented using simple frequency table and analysed using Chart and Chi-square. This finding shows that the overall prevalence of malaria cases among pregnant women attending ANC in two different hospitals was 99.9%. Higher positive of the prevalence of malaria was recorded among the parity level (100%), in General Hospital 2017-2019 primigravidae (144.6%), younggravidae (97.9%), and multigravidae (57.7%). While Basic Health Centre 2017-2019primigravidae (140.8%), younggravidae (96.4%), multigravidae (93.4%).
