Studying the length of time an enrollee has benefitted from the scheme, 26% have benefited from the scheme for 4-6months, 42% for 7-9months, 22% for 10-12months and 10% for more than 1 year. 29% of respondents agreed that accredited health still extorts them at the point of service 71% disagreed that accredited health still extorts them at the point of service. 54% of respondents agreed that claim forms are signed by them while 46% disagreed that claim forms are signed by them. On prompt services, 76% of respondents agreed that accredited health facilities promptly attend to them while 24% disagreed that accredited health facilities promptly attend to them. However, 64% of respondents agreed that there is a reduction of out-of-pocket payments while 36% that there is a reduction of out-of-pocket payments. While 26% of respondents agreed that enrollees still pay at the point of service, 74% disagreed that enrollees still pay at the point of service.
