Abstract
Social media and networking tools have been around for about three decades with the main feature being text messaging. In addition to these, there have been features of voice and video chatting. This project has brought to life the implementations of these ideas, which in particular is the voice chat feature. We have studied in detail, the historical ramifications of the social media phenomenon and the advantages and disadvantages of such systems. Voice chatting has brought to life a newer, fancier and even more realistic method of communication over the internet replacing the exclusive text-based social network application. The project has been implemented using web technologies such as PHP, HTML and JavaScript....
