It also informed the health officers on the examination of the quality of life of patients with CKD in the hospital. Among the objectives is to assess the knowledge of patients with CKD on quality of life, to evaluate the most affected domain of quality of life in patients with CKD, to find out the preferred treatment option in patients with CKD and to evaluate patients'' level of satisfaction towards treatment options. Many medical and allied works of literature were reviewed to develop more facts for the project work. This research uses descriptive survey to sample 55 respondents in the study area. Questionnaire is the instrument used to gather and analyze the data, 55 questionnaires were distributed out of which 55 were retrieved.
