To achieve the objectives of the study, the work was divided into five chapters. Convenience sampling technique was used to select a total of fifty (50) respondents as sample size for the study. The major instrument for the data collected for the study was a self-developed questionnaire which was personally administered by the researcher. Data from the respondents were collected, coded and analyzed using simple frequency tables and percentages.
