The methodology adopted in this work involves the following steps: a feasibility study, investigation, and fact-finding is carried out in the Faculty of Communication and Information Technology, OSCOTECH to get to extract a wealth of knowledge from the staff and students, which involves direct contact with the traditional or conventional approach to information management. Model design and implementation were based on PHP (for the Web scripting) and HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap (for the User Interface design), and MySQL as the backend (database) component. The developed informative website has greatly offered a great assistance in reducing the problems associated with the existing method of information dissemination.
