Data for the study were obtained from tenants of the property, some property owners and property managers in licensed estate-surveying and valuation firms operating in Offa. Data were collected with questionnaires that were administered. Thus purposive random sampling technique was adopted in selecting all three (3) active estate surveying and valuation firms and analyzed using tables and percentages. In conclusion, respondents' perception of what constitute management problems in the study are revealed a range of factors that individually or collectively affect the practice.
