In order to achieve the stated objectives, the work is divided into five chapter, chapter one deal with the introductory aspect thus highlights the background, statement of problem, objectives, significance, statement of hypothesis and scope, also limitation of the study. Chapter two emphasizes on the literature review thus touching on the meaning of the concept of leadership, styles of leadership, theories and various functions expected from the leaders as postulated by some scholars and erudite. The chapter three deals with research methodology. In order to achieve the above objective also, a total of 95 respondents (staff and managers of the case study organization) were used. Data were collected using questionnaires and oral interviews. Consolidated Breweries Plc Awo-Omamma is the case study. In chapter four, the data presentation analysis tested using chi-square, it was found that consolidated Breweries Plc Awo-Omamma achieves high productivity through effective leadership approach-hence the importance of the concept, it was also found that there are still rooms for improvement in the organization. In chapter five, summary of findings was made, conclusion and recommendation.
