The study sets out to among other objectives examine the impact of treasury single account on the economic development of Nigeria to identify the benefits of treasury single account. Relevant literature on the subject was reviewed to form the conceptual framework for the study. The study employed the descriptive and explanatory survey design, questionnaires in addition to library research were employed in order to collect data. Primary and secondary data sources were used and data was analyzed using the sample percentage and chi-square statistical tool at 5% level of significance. The respondent under the study were 32 employees of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Abuja branch and Zenith Bank of Nigeria Plc, Abakaliki branch were 36 employees.
