Video conferencing is a technology that allows users in different locations to hold face-to-face meetings without having to move to a single location together. This research work is aimed at reducing the stress involved in physical meeting processes at the department of Computer Science, Federal Polytechnic Nekede. The research methodology used is Structural System Analysis and Design Methodology (SSADM). The programming languages are HTML which is used for Mark-up layout, CSS for styling, JQuery for validation, MySQL was used as the database engine, and PHP was used for back-end development. WebRTC and Node.js were used to transmit audio and visual communication.
