It also informed the health officers on the knowledge and attitude of students about unprotected sex in the school of the study area. Among the objectives is to assess the knowledge of the undergraduates on unprotected sex. Furthermore, to identify factors influencing unprotected sexual practice among the undergraduates and to create awareness on the consequence of unprotected sex among the undergraduates of the University of Ilorin teaching hospital. Many medical and allied literatures were reviewed to develop more facts for the project work. This research use descriptive survey to sample 312 undergraduates of University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Kwara State. Questionnaire is the instrument used to gather and analyze the data, 150 questionnaires were distributed out of which 130 were also retrieved. In conclusion, recommendations were made that there should be provision of youth-friendly health centers. This will increase the patronage of health institutions by youth, videos and movies producers should ensure modesty in their production as this will instill morals into the student, prevention and educational programs, seminars and public talks should be conducted regularly.
