Using questionnaires to obtain relevant data and analyzing them using simple percentage and chi-square test, the study result indicated that there was a fair representation of all age categories hence the experience of various stakeholders as regards decision making at WRPC was considered which is beneficial for meaningful study results. Also, it was found that the majority of the respondents understood the questions asked and had at least the requisite knowledge to understand their role in expressing views in development matters. The result of the statistical hypothesis testing showed that stakeholders’ direct participation in decision-making significantly affects their organizational commitment. It was therefore concluded that the Warri Refining Petrochemical Company has not been effective in incorporating stakeholders in her decision-making process. However, it was found that effective involvement in decision-making has great potential in influencing organizational commitment to a great extent.
