This gas leakage detector was constructed using Atmega328p as the microcontroller, a GSM module for the SMS alert and MQ6 as the gas sensor. The gas leakage detector circuit was successfully designed and constructed and upon test, it was capable of detecting gas leakage. The buzzer sounded the warning alarm while sending a warning SMS to the person's phone number as programmed.
