However, it is noted that there are no well-defined methods for managing these processes when treatment is to be administered to patients, or even inventory management of prescriptions and acquisitions of drugs or medicines as the case may be creating room for possibilities of administering the wrong treatment to any patient at any given time and substandard prescriptions of treatments to illness that may or may not occur.
