The study was carried out in five (5) randomly selected secondary schools in Babura local government area of Jigawa state. Using random sampling technique, five schools were selected out of nine schools in the area. A total of forty (40) teachers randomly selected were served a researcher-designed questionnaire. The research questions guided the study. The data were analyzed using frequency count and percentage scores. The findings of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between management styles and teachers' productivity.
