Data for the research was sourced from primary and secondary data from a population of twenty-five (25) staff, twenty-four (24) staff were randomly selected and sampled and findings among others revealed that human employee discipline enhances good performance in a business organization, code of discipline have a positive effect on the performance of business enterprises and, that code of discipline has a positive effect on the performance of the business.
