It will examine the causes of indiscipline and the type of each offense. The objective of this research is to find out the problems of indiscipline in an organization and also to find out disciplinary measures in practice and provide possible solutions. The techniques for gathering data includes oral interview and going through textbooks, journals, report and files respectively. From the population of sixty(69), a sample size of fifty-nine (59) was chosen. The finding reveals that discipline has a positive impact on the attitude of the employee and it improves organizational productivity. Thus, it was recommended that employees should be made to know their duties and responsibilities.
