To identify the existing written communication barriers in an organization. To identify the problems of ineffective communication and to suggest and recommend possible solutions so as to achieve a better communication network in an organization. The researcher formulated questions in which questionnaires were administered to the First Bank Plc Nigeria, Bali, 50 questionnaires were distributed all were filled and returned. The returned questions were analyzed using the simple percentage and narrative. In chapter one, is an introductory aspect of the study. It contains items likes like the statement of the problem, objective of study, scope/limitation and definition of terms, in chapter two, this chapter is essentially made up of review of related literature, where an attempt is made to keep the reader's full understanding of the theories underlying subject matter, is on research design and methodology.
