This study was guided by the following objectives: To know the types of ICT facilities that are available in Musa Abdullahi library, To know the purpose of using ICT in Musa Abdullahi library, To know the importance of ICT to Musa Abdullahi library users., To know the problems of access and use of ICT in the academic library in Musa Abdullahi library. To make possible suggestions that could be provided to ensure the efficient and effective use and access of ICT in Musa Abdullahi library. The study employed descriptive and explanatory design questionnaires in addition to library research were applied in order to collect data. Primary and secondary data sources were used and data were analyzed using the chi statistical table of frequency and percentage was presented in frequency tables and percentage. The respondents under the study were 50 respondents were used from Musa Abdullahi library.
