The research was carried out in five (5) selected secondary schools and 125 students were samples. Four research questions were generated to guide the study. A descriptive design was adopted and simple Random Sampling Technique was used to administer the one hundred and twenty-five (125) questionnaires. However, the collected data were analyzed and presented using Simple Percentage Method. The findings revealed that E-learning enables effective teaching and learning of students, it influences students’ academic performance and innovation and makes students output-oriented, E-learning tools provide adequate skills for academic preparedness, and E-learning tools encourage students. Through these findings, Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) promotes students’ interest in the learning content, e-learning tools motivate students toward better academic performance.
