The objectives were to examine the influence of the condition of services of teachers on students' performance in chemistry, to investigate the impact of teachers' fringe benefit payment on students' performance in chemistry and to examine if there is a significant effect between teachers' promotion of in service training and students academic performance in chemistry. Research questions were in line with the objectives. Designs for the study were surveys. The population of the study was 5,459 with a sample size of 100. The instrument for data collection was a self-designed structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed through simple percentages and mean.
