Abstract
This study is centered on the impact of employee compensation on organizational performance (Dangote cement company). The major objective of this project is to access the impact of employee compensation on organizational performance also to determine whether employee security benefits have an effect on employee performance in Dangote cement company. The methodology adopted in gathering data was survey method, both the primary and secondary methods. The major instrument used to gather data from primary sources is the questionnaire from the population of 3,76,9 a sample size of 362 respondents was selected using simple random sampling techniques the findings revealed that the employee security benefit has an effect on employee performance, it also revealed that employee health protection benefit has an effect on employee performance also further revealed that employee retirement benefit has an effect on the employee. Performance. In view of the findings, it was recommended that an organization should continue providing security benefits to all employees, as it will positively influence employee performance and raise overall performance in the company also the organization should provide adequate health protection benefits to employees and also the organization should review the current retirement package since a good retirement package will attract and retain the employee in the company and also improve the ire performance. ...
