Abstract
The research was attempting to identify the leadership styles and its effects on office managers’ profession in an organization. Leadership styles play a vital role in every organization. The success of every organization depends largely on the leadership role which it plays in attaining its goals and objectives. A leader has to be effective so as to attain the organizational aims, in order to meet up with the present standards, every institutional leader will have to join the global worlds relating to its fields so as to attain a higher level of productivity. Literatures were reviewed questionnaires were adopted for data collection with a total population of 25 and all the population was sampled, the data collected were analyzed with the use of mean frequency distribution. The findings indicate among others, that a relationship style plays a productive role. Positive recommendations were made to the leaders and the chief executive officers of the organization under study that leaders should communicate effectively to their employees from time to time on any decision, events and developments in the activities of the organization to promote and defend the interest of the employees. ...
