The study covers Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja. Various literatures were reviewed. The population of the study was fifty-six (56) secretaries and twenty-five executives and sample size of the study were twenty (20) secretaries and ten (10) executives while the instrument used for the collection of data was questionnaires that was analyzed using a simple percentage based on the findings. It was observed that secretaries are the image maker of an organization and that the negative attitude of the public toward the secretaries demoralizes them.
