The results also indicate the leafy vegetable is rich in essential amino acids namely isoleucine, leucine, aromatic amino acids and valise but deficient in sulphur containing amino acids, lysine and threonine. High level of dietary minerals was also recorded. In addition, the result also indicates a low level of anti-nutrients.
