An e-resource is a piece of content that needs to be accessed through a computer in order to be useful. E- resources include both online and offline resources, such as CD-ROM. E-resources are any products that a library makes available over a computer network. The term"electronic resources" also refers to digital data collections, full-text search engines, electronic reference books, and bibliographic databases that are available online. The objectives of the study were to create an intuitive ERM system, create a system to control all electronic resources, design a system that improves the subscription to e-resources, develop a system that helps users find information more easily and implement a secured ERMS that repels hackers. The study adopted Waterfall Model, while the tools used for implementation were implemented using Xampp control panel v3.2.4, PHP programming language, Sublime Text Editor and MySQL for understanding purposes and ease in maintenance.
