In order to give perspective to the study, aim and objectives as well as the corresponding significances were developed and stated. In any organization, there is the existence of a system that manages its staff information effectively. This brings the need to develop a database that stores and retrieves relevant information about staff. In the development of the management system, the storing of data of the organizational staff is prioritized. The database management, which controls the creation and maintenance of records together with leave and attendance management, provides an efficient and flexible way to manage the organization’s personnel information. The study stated the statement of the problem, thus figures are easily falsified, avoidable human errors, like misplacement of files, incomplete service records of staff, staff time wasting to tracking down missing documents, and waste of paper materials. The studies concluded by stating that the design and implementation of a web-based personnel information management using the administrative department of the Nigerian Police Force, Moscow Road, Port Harcourt was able to in proof on the new system since the existing system.
