Four Research questions guided the study. Four null hypotheses were formulated and tested at D.05 level of significance. The study was a descriptive survey, The study population comprised all 31 secondary schools in Enugu Education Zone of Enugu State/ Made up of 31 Principals and l259`teachers. The sample size for the study was 31 principals and 126 teachers totaling 157 samples selected using stratified random sampling technique. The instrument that was used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The instrument was face validated by three lecturers while the data collected were analyzed using mean with standard deviation. Cronbach reliability alpha was used to ascertain the reliability of the study and t-test statistics was used to test the null hypothesis at 0.5 significance using SPSS 20. The findings were that ICT facilities are not available in secondary schools, ICT facilities are utilized to a very low extent in secondary schools, there are constraints militating against the use of ICT facilities in secondary schools and the strategies that could be employed to enhance the utilization of ICT facilities by administrators in secondary schools in Enugu education zone.
