This project is titled The Effects of Job Satisfaction in Workers’ Productivity in Nigeria Civil Service using Kogi State  Civil  Service a case study,  the purpose of this study is to: evaluate the factors influencing job satisfaction and workers' productivity, to examine the role of job satisfaction to an organization, to access the benefits of job satisfaction on workers, to examine the effects of job satisfaction on workers’ productivity and to evaluate the relationship between worker productivity and job satisfaction.  in this study, survey research design was used, a simple random sampling technique was used to sample data from the population, data were collected through primary and secondary sources.  The population of the study is 300 and the sample size is 90.  The study revealed that job satisfaction enhances organizational growth, saves time and money and uncovers issues quickly. Based on the finding it is recommended that well-defined policies on motivation should be designed for employees of Nigerian civil service, no matter how competent employees are, they perform better if he is motivated. ...
