Grounded in SERVQUAL theory, the study employs descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and regression analysis to reveal a positive influence of all five dimensions on company performance. Tangible assets, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy are all identified as vital factors for achieving competitive success. These findings offer valuable insights for maritime logistics companies, highlighting the strategic importance of prioritizing service quality initiatives. Continuous improvement, employee engagement, customer feedback analysis, and benchmarking against industry leaders are recommended to enhance service delivery and achieve superior performance. Further research is proposed in the form of qualitative studies, the development of a Nigerian maritime service quality model, employee training programs, and performance measurement frameworks.
