Through a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and document analysis, data were collected from library staff, students, and stakeholders. The findings reveal the current status of mobile technology resources within the library, their usage patterns, and the challenges encountered. Additionally, strategies for improving the integration of mobile technology into library services are discussed. This research contributes to the understanding of how academic libraries can harness mobile technology to optimize service delivery, ultimately enhancing the user experience and promoting information accessibility in higher education environments.
