In order to give perspective to the study, the aim and objectives as well as the corresponding significances were developed and stated. A sample of computer-based result management system design is presented. The Computer-Based Result Management System (CRMS) is a web-based tool that primarily focuses on delivering results to students and teachers. The students check their separate outcomes using their school registered recognition ids, as well as their grades and term percentages. The study stated the statement of the problem, the current paper-based result management system is plagued with several issues. Firstly, the manual entry of data is susceptible to human errors, leading to incorrect results. Secondly, the storage of physical records poses a significant challenge in terms of space, organization, and retrieval. Additionally, the process of generating reports and analyzing data is tedious and time-consuming. Lastly, the lack of transparency and limited accessibility hinders effective collaboration among stakeholders. Structured Systems Analysis and Design was the methodology adopted. The study was implemented using PHP and MySQL database. The studies concluded that by implementing a computer-based result management system in secondary schools is crucial. This system can streamline result processing and improve overall efficiency. This computer-based system eliminates manual errors in result compilation.
