This study aimed to examine classroom Management and Students' Academic Performance in Kano State. A case study of selected schools in Gwale L.G.A. A total of fifty (50) questionnaires were administered to the respondents and data collected was analyzed using simple percentages. The findings of the study revealed that most of the respondents (30%) indicated that standing inside the classroom during lessons was the discipline employed by teachers in the study area. The findings also revealed that the majority of the respondents (74%) indicated that classroom motivation has effect on student academic performance. The study also revealed that the majority of the respondents (34%) indicated that verbal instruction affects student’s academic performance. This study also revealed that the majority of the respondents (30%) agreed that corporal punishment affects students’ academic performance. It was recommended that Teachers should establish rules and regulations in the classroom against disruptive behavior. Teachers should always pay attention to their classroom management skills so that it affects students’ academic performance positively.
