The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of conflict on employee’s performance in all organization. This was carried out by investigating the causes, types, reasons, manifestations, resolution, and strategies for managing conflict with ways of improving their performance and productivity. The study employs a descriptive research design and made use of 30 staff from Ajeko Microfinance bank. The Research revealed that conflicts have both negative and positive impacts on employees performance, but when managed properly, the positive impacts can be used to encourage organizational innovativeness and build cooperation among the employees, the researcher recommends that effects of communication that ensure timely circulation of information should be established. ...
