This study was designed to examine effective management through communication. The study was particularly geared toward finding out the effectiveness of management because communication is a very vital and essential part of human life. Sample for the study was one hundred and twenty (120). The instrument used for data collection was the questionnaire and a simple percentage was used to analyze the data. It was found that effective management through communication is of great importance to the society it brings about effectiveness. Communication through the management and also will bring high productivity in the area of communication. Recommendations were made viz management should put in place the responsibility of training their personnel for the effectiveness of communication in other areas of the world. ...
