Relevant literatures were reviewed while adaptation level theory was used to guide the study. This study is descriptive in nature therefore, a qualitative research method was adopted. Data were gathered through the use of dosed ended questionnaire from the study area. One hundred and thirty-seven questionnaires were distributed with one hundred and ten copies collected and properly filled while table format and simple percentage were used in the presentation and analysis of data and Chi-square statistical too/ was used to test the hypothesis.
