The objectives of this study were to determine whether Facebook promotes photo posting among DSPG students and to know the level of awareness of the use of Facebook in promoting photo posting amongst DSPG students. A sample size of 120 was used for the study. The instrument used for this study was questionnaire. The random sampling method was used by the researcher. The questionnaire was designed and distributed to the respondents to generate data for the study. Out of the 120 copies of questionnaires administered, 100 were retrieved. The researcher used the simple percentage method in the tabulation of results. Findings show that there is a high level of awareness of Facebook in promoting photo posting amongst DSPG students there is also a high level of participation in photo posting on Facebook amongst DSPG students also, DSPG students often engage in photo posting on Facebook. It is therefore recommended that the students should be monitored by teachers and parents on how they use these sites so as to avoid getting addicted to social media platforms.
