Kidney biomarkers (Urea and creatinine) were assayed. The plant leaves extract was shown to increase the levels of Urea and creatinine decreased by levonorgestrel. The results showed that Urea and creatinine levels decreased from 200 ±0.01 and 40.80 ± 0.42, respectively. But upon treatments with 100mg/kg bw of Datura stramonium, creatinine increased (40.00 ± 0.20) and urea (1.99 ± 0.01) improved.
