To successfully carry out the research work, three specific purposes were identified from which three research questions were formulated. Thirty-three respondents were sample. Structural questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection, while the arithmetic mean was used as a tool for data analysis. From the analysis of data, it was discovered among others that work overload, an unconducive office environment and lack of motivation are the causes of stress, which bring about low quality of job, decreased employee performance and decreased organizational performance.
