Survey research design was used. Questionnaire was administered in order to obtain relevant material for the study. A total of 80 staff and management of MTN Nigeria Limited, Jalingo was used as respondents in order to collect necessary data. The research questions were administered using frequency distribution and mean score. Finding revealed that MTN Nigeria LTD faces financial constraints in implementing CSR initiatives in Jalingo. Again, government regulations and policies hinder the effective implementation of CSR initiatives by MTN Nigeria LTD in Jalingo. MTN Nigeria LTD struggles with identifying the most impactful CSR initiatives for the Jalingo community. The local community's lack of awareness about CSR initiatives poses a challenge for MTN Nigeria LTD in Jalingo. Similarly, MTN Nigeria LTD encounters difficulties in monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of its CSR initiatives in Jalingo. To further enhance the impact of CSR on business development, MTN Nigeria Limited, Jalingo Branch, should continue to align its CSR initiatives with the needs of the local community, ensuring that the projects are relevant and beneficial. It is also recommended that the company increase transparency and communication regarding its CSR activities to build stronger trust with stakeholders.
