In this study, a survey research design was adopted. The population of this study was carved out of the trainers and trainees in Bali. Hence, the primary method of data collection was used, where a sample of 295 closed-ended questionnaires was prepared and administered to the respondents in the case study, which were selected using the frequency and percentage. From the findings, the study concludes that the establishment of the NDE has a positive effect/impact on the entrepreneurship department in Bali, Taraba State. The growth in the number of small businesses or entrepreneurial organizations in Bali, Taraba State, can be attributed to the establishment of NDE. The National Directorate of Employment has helped to introduce new ideas and methods of production in Taraba state. The directorate faces some difficulties due to inadequate finances. Based on the conclusion, the study recommended that the government ensure the availability of skillful trainers to assist entrepreneurship skill development, government should establish skill training centres for entrepreneurs to develop their skills. The government should be allocating enough fund always to the government agencies so that they will carry out their programmes effectively.
