The study has four objectives: to identify the types of library services offered, examine associated challenges, investigate their impact on students, and propose improvement strategies. A qualitative research approach with a survey design was employed, utilizing semi-structured interviews as the primary data collection instrument, titled"Interview Guide for Library Staff." The population consisted of three library staff members at the Sheikh Bashir El-Rayyah School Complex, all included via census sampling due to the small size. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key patterns. Findings reveal that the library provides traditional services like book lending and reference assistance but is constrained by inadequate funding, lack of digital resources, limited staffing, poor infrastructure, and minimal institutional support. These challenges restrict student access, hinder research capabilities, and negatively impact academic performance and literacy development. Recommendations include diversifying services with digital resources, securing funding, enhancing staff training, forming partnerships, and implementing reading programs.
