The cassava peel was treated with various chemicals such as sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid to wet blended and filtered to form a slurry and then heated to 70°C and it was stirred to form a homogeneous mixture. The biodegradable film was prepared by adding glycerol, acetic acid, and zinc oxide powder in a beaker and heating for 5 minutes until the mixture looked uniform.
